Given the rapid increase in consumer demand for non-dairy proteins, maybe it’s time to explore new business opportunities in plant-based proteins or fermented ingredients? Plant-based proteins (e.g. pea or canola protein) are increasingly being used in manufactured foods like biscuits in place of dairy proteins, and fermented ingredients are becoming popular to produce dairy protein with micro-organisms, protein from biomass or from novel ingredients like oligosaccharides. Discover our test equipment and lab

We offer various spray driers for you to test, and can create line solutions with spray dryers as the core technology. These may include e.g. homogenisers, heat treatment, mixers and filtration units. Our laboratory provides all necessary analyses to control the process during the trial, and analyse powder samples.
