Greek dairy Delta wanted to upgrade its operations by replacing a 30-year-old automation system with a modern setup, bringing stable business continuity and better control.
Together with us, Delta modernised not only the automation setup but also optimised all processes. The automation was redesigned completely to safeguard continuous production and to automate and include the main incoming processes, such as milk reception, pasteurisation, cleaning-in-place and connection to the dairy’s yoghurt production line. New pumps and valves were also installed to optimise product flow and enhance responsiveness throughout the system.
Thanks to a well-planned, step-by-step implementation, Delta was able to transition to the new automation system without losing a single day of production.
