Process improvements through insights: Coagulation Sensor from Tetra Pak®
The Coagulation Sensor from Tetra Pak® can play a key role in improving process stability in cheese production. By fitting the sensor to the cheese vat, it is possible to monitor the progress of the coagulation process – which in turn enables detailed process analysis and comparisons between vats and batches.
This is also a tool that makes the operator’s work day easier, as it reduces the need for manual control of every vat. Information on coagulation is instead available on-screen, thereby providing process assurance.
