Which conveying is right for my production?
From heavy duty truck discharge to ’high care’ conveying line and high pressure discharging systems, we have the capability and know-how to deliver the most suitable solution for your needs.
Screw conveyors and vibrating conveyors are used for very short distances with no or very limited elevation. For long distance and elevation, we propose customised pneumatic conveying lines for each production scenario.
Powder characteristics, conveying distance, product flow, desired performance, and end-result as well as building constraints – those are the main drivers for the pneumatic conveying system design. Whenever possible, we encourage producers to use our test centre to control and validate the chosen powder conveying solution. Line capacity, breakage rate, de-mixing and other characteristics are measured here. Having all parameters predefined before commissioning enables great savings on site.
