Our cartons are made of, on average, 70% responsibly sourced paper, which is a renewable resource. All paperboard used in our packages comes from forests certified to Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) and other controlled sources. Options include Bonsucro-certified plant-based polymers and the use of certified recycled polymers.

Filling machine flexibility
Filling machine flexibility is an important consideration given today’s competitive markets. With the Tetra Prisma Aseptic it’s possible to produce two different sizes and two different openings – giving you four options in total – on just one filling machine, the Tetra Prisma Aseptic. Producing both the 200 ml and 250 ml package sizes, and the DreamCap™ 26 and Straw openings, switching between these options is straightforward thanks to the Volume Conversion Kit with QuickChange™ and QuickSwitch for the openings. Add in a capacity of 25,000 packages an hour, and it’s the kind of flexibility that can give you that all important competitive edge.
