Tetra Pak Membrane Scope
Membrane diagnostics has never been easier.
It is a first-of-its-kind diagnostic tool that provides visual confirmation as to the source of poor permeate quality/product loss in UF, NF, and RO spiral-wound dairy filtration systems.
By means of a waterproof recording video inspection camera and a 20-meter (60-feet) long probe the Tetra Pak Membrane Scope will visually identify the source of failure.
This procedure is performed while the system is in production mode, so a shut-down is not required. Tetra Pak Membrane Scope streamlines the diagnostic process and rapidly removes the uncertainty in identifying the failure source, which will lead to reduced costs associated with product loss, equipment down-time, operator intervention time, and unnecessary element replacement.

TETRA PAK ATD REMOVAL TOOL
Tetra Pak ATD removal tool
The ATD removal tool allows operators to easily and safely remove an ATD from a spiral wound element without damaging the ATD or the element.
To operate, simply insert the ATD removal tool into the ATD, turn the handle clockwise to tighten the tool against the inside wall of the ATD, and then pull the tool handle outward to remove the ATD from the element/element permeate tube.

Tetra Pak Bubble Test Kit provides the ability to determine the integrity of a spiral-wound element without performing an element autopsy. This streamlines the element warranty process, and allows plants to submit element warranty claims with certainty.
The kit is especially useful when used together with the Tetra Pak Membrane Scope to diagnose element failure/poor permeate quality.
