Whether you're producing NFC (Not From Concentrate) or reconstituted juices, the key is to capture the natural, delicious aroma of the fruit inside. And of course, safety is always a priority. A gentle heat-treatment system helps you lock in fruity flavours and ensures your end product is safe to drink.

Juices based on concentrates need to be reconstituted with the correct amount of water and re-pasteurized to prevent recontamination.

It continues with a blending system that, together with our pasteurizer, secures the lowest possible product losses. It ends with an aseptic tank from which your product can be safely distributed to the filler.

This line produces commercially sterile high-acid beverages such as juices, nectars and still drinks using a combination of heat treatment, filtration, UV light treatments and aseptic blending. The process drastically reduces energy and water consumption, cutting both production cost and environmental impact per litre of product produced.
