Lausanne, Switzerland, 22 May 2025: Tetra Pak International has been named as one of Europe’s Best Employers 2025 by the Financial Times, in recognition of the company’s ability to provide a workplace experience that empowers employees to make an impact.
The company ranked in the top ten for its sector and ranked 115th out of the 1,000 top employers across the continent overall. This prestigious placement was based on an individual score, calculated via anonymous and independently verified responses from employees themselves. Employees were asked to rate performance on various drivers, including sustainability, working conditions, career development, and diversity and inclusion. Further criteria included employees’ willingness to recommend their own employer to friends and family, while indirect assessments from industry peers were also considered.
In its inaugural year, more than four million employees working for companies employing at least 500 people within Europe, across various sectors, were assessed by the Financial Times and Statista. Tetra Pak International received a total of about 600 evaluations, cementing its position as one of the most highly recommended employers.
Adolfo Orive, President & CEO at Tetra Pak, commented: “At Tetra Pak we want all colleagues to reach their potential and make an impact through our purpose to protect food, people and the planet. This recognition from the Financial Times and Statista reflects our commitment to empowering our people, investing in their growth, and creating an innovative environment where they can thrive and make a positive difference.”
