Controlling standardization all the way from the pasteurizer's balance tank to the final product tank (prior to the filling machine), SpotOn technology makes your product composition even more accurate. The self-cleaning separator discharges typically every 45 minutes, causing the normal balance of fat in the product to be disturbed. SpotOn software compensates instantly and automatically for this disturbance, readjusting the fat content to the correct level.
