After a stop, when packages are queuing up on the line, the speed of this machine is increased up to 30% in order to compensate for lost time and restore a normal package flow.
In- and out-feed position
When designing the line, you can choose between three different positions for the in- and out-feed. This adds flexibility to the layout and helps you make best use of the space available.
40 micrometer thin film
The use of an especially thin, but nonetheless sturdy, plastic film minimises material consumption. This gives both environmental and cost advantages.
The motor is driven by rollers which are built into the equipment, as opposed to being outside it. This gives a streamlined design, and more importantly reduces the risk of accidents.
Enabling operators to work swiftly and efficientlySeveral factors contribute to the easy operation of this machine: the Tetra Pak Operator Panel with its intuitive touch screen interface; large doors with windows give high operational visibility and easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
