For many years, we have helped develop collection and recycling of carton packages. Engaging in the Estonian pilot, therefore seems only natural.

The location is perfect, right next to a lively shopping mall where consumers are already recycling other packaging. We’re positive they will seize the opportunity of being able to recycle carton packages as well.

The machine works just like an ordinary deposit machine. Consumers will be asked to put in their cartons empty and unflattened. The machine will then “read” the packages as cartons and sort them in a separate bin for further recycling. All carton packages, not just Tetra Pak’s, will be accepted - regardless of shape, size or product.
