Now available in three capacities (the 600-litre B1200; 1,000-litre B2000 and 1,750-litre B3500), all sizes secure food safety with the highest hygiene and enable the fastest cleaning and lowest downtime in the industry for powder-to-powder mixing. Twin-paddle shaft technology
The twin-paddle shaft technology maximizes throughput and number of batches, handling up to ten batches per hour. The synchronized rotating shafts ensure efficient powder circulation in the vessel. Homogeneity is high and consistent – above 99% accuracy.
Designed for optimal cleanability
As paddle clearance is secured, there is no contamination risk. The Tetra Pak Powder Mixer B is designed for full cleanability and is fully openable. An inspection hatch allows for quick assessment of cleaning needs and the discharge valve is fully dismountable. The internal surface roughness – under 0.8 microns – minimizes powder residue.
Fast dry cleaning
A simple flushing takes ten minutes. A thorough dry cleaning with vacuum and dust-cloth only takes 90 minutes for one operator. This cuts downtime for cleaning to a minimum, and equals big savings to your overall operational costs.
Highest level of hygiene
The Tetra Pak Powder Mixer B complies with all European safety regulations. It is designed according to EHEDG guidelines and fully approved for food contact according to the EC1935-2004 regulation.
The unique power transmission with gear motor and gear coupling is reliable and robust. Lifetime is long – 10-15 years with round-the-clock operation. And apart from lubrication, there’s minimal need for maintenance.

The perfectly synchronized paddles and shafts are designed to secure that no contact with the vessel wall can occur. This trustworthy design results in a reduced noise level and less vibrations.
