Our process covers everything from initial design concepts, construction and commissioning – and beyond: we are with you for the long run and can support with maintenance and continuous optimisation of your operations.
The approach is structured and flexible at the same time. We follow an established methodology with four distinct phases. It starts with the Understand phase, where we discuss, assess and in some cases test products at one of our Product Development Centres (PDCs). The goal is to achieve a deeper understanding of your objectives. In the Create phase, a solution is developed and fine-tuned over several iterations. The Convey phase is next. This is where the terms and conditions of the contract are defined. The last step is the implementation of the project, or the Delivery phase, which in itself contains a number of milestones.
The project model allows for a lot of flexibility. The process is always adapted to your needs, workflows and specific requirements. To help make your new plant a success, we ask a lot of questions. We explore, discuss and develop the scope together. And we prioritise transparency throughout the process to ensure there are no hidden costs, allowing you to stay within your budget – and to keep your peace of mind.
Take a closer look at the process and find out how we can secure that you fulfil the goals for your project.
