The ideal place to start your co-creation journey is at one of our Customer Innovation Centres.  These centres offer an immersive, collaborative space where you can detach from day-to-day business concerns and see things from new angles. Regardless of location, our teams apply the same experimental methodology and work together with you as partners, customising your co-creation journey to meet your objectives.

Steps to innovation

No two co-creation journeys are identical but they all follow a proven method for quickly iterating, refining and producing new solutions

 

Envision
We begin with an open discussion about where you want to go and what you want to achieve. Based on this, we scope your project together and define your KPIs.

Creation
Our two teams work together to identify the best way forward. Maybe a new brand, a new product, or a strategy to reach new target groups? We focus on rapid prototyping to check assumptions and validate which is the right direction to take. This stage can even include recipe prototyping and producing a first

Deliver
We then start moving from the theoretical to the practical… perhaps testing with end consumers or reiterating product concepts. You might also choose to develop and produce new food products on a small scale, using one of our flexible pilot facilities (Product Development Centres). This ensures all the details are ironed out before you ramp up to full scale production.

Grow
The journey doesn’t end with a new product on the shelf. We watch how it’s performing and help you tweak your communication, package design, distribution channel or product formula … to make sure your innovation reaches its full potential and continues to grow.
