Unique Nozzle design
The bowl of the Tetra Pak® Nozzle Separators have twelve nozzles located on the outer periphery. The product is ejected in an angle to minimize energy losses. The selection of nozzle sizes depends on the desired end product composition and capacity. Nozzle size flexibility enables the separator to be customized for a variety of product requirements.
Efficient discharges
The discharge function enables the nozzles to be cleared of product without dismantling the machine. Such self-cleaning machines are less sensitive to product variations and the discharging feature ensures efficient cleaning in place (CIP).
Sterile air
Sterile air can be supplied to the space around the bowl to ensure high product quality.
