O Tetra Pak® Spray Dryer Prolac é utilizado para produzir permeado em pó a partir de diversos tipos de soro de leite de queijo. O sistema também é adequado para processamento de permeados de leite.

Capacidade: de 3 a 8 toneladas de pó por hora, dependendo da variedade de produtos e do fluxo de permeado disponível.
 

Aplicações:

Produz permeado em pó a partir de diversos tipos de soro de leite de queijo e também é adequado para o processamento de leite. Normalmente, é integrado a uma solução completa da linha Tetra Pak, que inclui evaporação, cristalização e manuseio de pó.
