Powered by compressed air
Easy to connect
The Tetra Pak® Pneumatic Conveyor PDP FO is powered by compressed air, and can be easily connected to an existing compressed air network. There is no need for an additional electrical power connection.
Two vessels
Spray dryer output
To increase the flow rate, or for continuous application, two vessels can be installed in parallel. As one vessel is filled while the other is emptying, the equipment is especially suited for handling of spray dryer output.
Long conveying distances
Continuous flow
The equipment is designed to ensure a continuous flow of fragile powders or granulated products over distances up to 300 metres.
Low velocity
Gentle handling of product
The low velocity of this vacuum dense-phase pneumatic conveying machine ensures minimal product breakdown and gentle handling of fragile powders. It also reduces fat migration, prevents loss of shininess in ingredients and enables homogeneity when conveying mixed products.
