Unidade para aplicação de palitos separados (embalados a granel) em sorvetes extrudados
Capacidade:
Mais de 200 palitos/minuto por unidade
Aplicações:
Palitos retos ou em forma de pá (em sorvetes ou sorbets extrudados)
High capacity stacker (single)
The high capacity stacker takes the sticks from the boxes and neatly organizes them into the vertical feeding stack. This makes it possible to insert over 200 sticks per minute, per lane
Inserter mechanism
The slide pusher drive mechanism has an open design to prevent dust from building up and so secure the highest possible availability and yield.
User-friendly operator panel (single)
Pre-set recipes for each product are stored in the control system, so operating staff just have to press a single button at start-up. The system continuously monitors stacking and dispensing operations, and sounds the alarm if – for example – a stick is missing. The operator can then immediately address the problem, or the system will pull this lane out of operation.
Stick inserter
A pneumatic drive is standard in this unit, but it can also be delivered with a patented servo controlled stick inserter drive. This enables full control over insertion speeds and forces, even at high speeds. It also consumes less power and prevents sticks from getting damaged.
Feeding arch and dispensing magazine
The standard feeding arch and dispensing magazine can be switched to an optional one equipped to handle sticks of a different length or width.
Modular design
Two modules can be placed close together, without hindering operator access. For example, the magazines can be placed to the left or right in relation to the extrusion station – or even placed behind a wall outside the wet zone.
