First in first out
For accurate production tracking
According to this principle, packages leave the accumulator in the same order they entered it i.e. the order in which they were produced. This makes it easy to remove only the affected packages from the line in the event of a production issue.
Spider unit
For defect-free packages
This device activates the accumulation function, feeding packages onto the spiral chain and releasing them again after the stop. It keeps the correct distance between packages, preventing crushes and consequently minimising package defects.

Packages queue up on a space-saving vertical spiral, available in different lengths to match the line's capacity. The filling machine determines the accumulator's speed at the infeed; the distribution equipment at the outfeed.
