Triple Hotmelt Applicator
Enables secure, high speed application of screw caps
The higher the speed of the machine, the more accurately it needs to function. In this case, the application of hot melt is synchronised by a servo drive. This leads to smooth movements and highly precise dosing of the glue, which minimises defects and spills.

Several factors contribute to the easy operation of this cap applicator: the Tetra Pak Operator Panel with its intuitive touch screen interface; ground level access to essential working parts; large windows through which operators can observe operations at first hand.
Auto-eject function
Ensures delivery of easy-to-open packages
The auto-eject function measures and calculates whether or not the screw cap is positioned correctly on the package. If it detects an incorrectly positioned cap, the package is automatically ejected from the line.
Flow principle
High output of on-target packages
Packages pass through the machine in a straight line without stopping or changing direction. This results in a swift but gentle handling and good package shape. Caps are applied in line as they pass through the machine which ensures accurate positioning.
