Applying caps quickly and accurately
The Tetra Pak® Capper 60 uses a feeding screw and six torque- and speed-adjustable rotary capping heads to apply caps on stationary packages. The high performance 4 hours mean time between failure (MTBF) helps avoiding stop in the filling machine and the capper gives you a 99% Mechanical Machine Efficiency (MME).
Recipe handling system
Easy operation and quick volume changes
The Tetra Pak® Capper 60 has a Rockwell PLC system that allows recipe handling for different package sizes. This makes it possible to change package heights within the same bottom format in only five minutes. It is also low in effort when exchanging to package formats.
