Pick-and-place transfer system
A dedicated pick-and-place system extracts cones from the filler and places them upright into hardening trays. This avoids the rough handling typical of manual systems, results in fewer damaged products and rejects and raises overall product consistency.
Extrusion Tunnel M1.3
Extrusion Tunnel M1.3 consists of a continuous product plate conveyor loop system and a hardening tunnel. The air inside the hardening tunnel is cooled by an evaporator and circulated by fans to maximize the hardening effect. The product trays are placed on a conveyor chain and guided around the hardening tunnel on two parallel frames.
Cone off-loader
The cone off-loader removes frozen cones from the trays, saving manual handling and, hence reducing operating costs. Eliminating operator inputs in the hardening tunnel improves operator safety and reduces injury risk.
