Photo mark registration
Positions product correctly in the wrapper
This sensor ensures that the product is aligned with the printed design on the wrapper so that each wrapped product coming off the line looks the same. This also makes it possible for producers to decide exactly where the date code appears on the product.
Bottom sealing
Reliable, tight wrapping, even of larger products
The wrapping material comes down onto the product from above, and is sealed beneath the product. This method gives a quality seal, and a good-looking end product, regardless of size.

Automatic splicing
Increases uptime
Two rolls of wrapping material are held above the conveyor. When one runs out, the first paper roll is spliced automatically to the second, and production continues uninterrupted. The operator can feed a new roll on to the machine at his/her own convenience.
