Der Tetra Pak® Käsebruchkühler ist eine moderne, hochautomatisierte Anlage, die zum Kühlen von Käsebruch in Linien zur Herstellung von krümeligem Käse verwendet wird. Der Kühler kühlt den Käsebruch ab, ohne ihn während des Kühlprozesses zu schädigen, und sorgt für eine schonende Produktbehandlung mit minimalen Produktverlusten.

Continuous flow cooling method
Applying continuous flow cooling of curd and whey mixture brings substantial benefits. High bacteriological product properties due to cooling in the earliest possible process stage and no ambient air exposure is one of them. Minimal fat and protein losses as well as best product texture due to lack of mechanical elements causing potential curd fractioning is another.
Cooling water circulation loop
Using three-way control valve allows continuous flow in the cooling water supply installation during equipment’s idle time. As the temperature build up does not take place, energy consumption peaks at startups are minimized.
Precise temperature control
The system prevents fluctuations of product and cooling water inlet temperatures. This is achieved by collecting temperature readings from several measurement points and smart control loop design. The same data are as well used for clogging prevention.
