Enables compact layout and enables savings on paper
The paper rack is mounted onto the machine rather than on an external rack. This reduces space requirements and means that the paper only needs to travel a short distance, and does not need to change direction. Tension and friction are minimized, which enables the use of thinner, less expensive wrapping material, without compromising on quality.
Cross sealing & cutting module 700 M1
Secures reliable sealing
This rotating module means the wrapping material is held together for a short time and at the correct temperature to form a reliable seal. The simplicity of construction is a key factor contributing to this unit’s reliability.
Replaceable modules 700 M1
For high equipment availability
The fin and cross seal modules can be individually replaced. Having an additional set of modules means you can remove one when a wear part needs replacing without prolonged interruption to your production.

Choice of date coding options
Adapted to local regulations
This unit is compatible with a range of different date coding systems, including drop on demand, continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet and laser. The code is printed lengthways on the wrapper in the desired position.
Photo mark registration
Positions product correctly in the wrapper
This sensor ensures that the product is aligned with the printed design on the wrapper so that each wrapped product coming off the line looks the same. This also makes it possible for producers to decide exactly where the date code appears on the product.
