Ergonomic and safe
The powder bags are transported into the high-hygiene area via a conveyor, and the tipping and discharge is automatic. This means there is no heavy lifting involved for the operator. Furthermore, the safety level is high – there is no manual use of knives, and two-hand security buttons make sure hands can’t come near the cutters during the cutting sequence.

Three different configurations to choose from
The machine can be configured to accommodate a wide range of bag materials and types, including polyethylene, kraft and polypropylene woven bags.
- Bag tilter with automatic slitter – suitable for kraft and polyethylene bags
- Bag tilter and bag holder without slitter – when only polypropylene bags are used (no cutting), designed for 25 kg and 50 kg bags
- Bag tilter and bag holder with retractable slitter – suitable for kraft, polyethylene and woven polypropylene bags. Polypropylene bags tilted and held in place for effortless manual opening.
