Easy to use
Several factors contribute to the easy operation of this machine: the Tetra Pak® Operator Panel with its intuitive touch screen interface; large windows through which to view the machines' inner workings; easy access for refilling with blanks and glue.
Pick and Place
Gentle handling
This system is efficient, accurate and gentle on the packages. A sensor counts the packages as they are gathered into pockets. When the pre-set number has been reached, the Pick & Place unit lifts and gently loads them into the secondary packaging unit.
Automation system
Raises production efficiency
A modern automation system connects the cardboard packer with the Tetra Pak® A1 filling machine, so they can work together as an automated line. It also enables monitoring of line performance, so production parameters can be adjusted to enhance efficiency.
Wraparound box concept
