This alternative differs in that it has a special railing system made of flat plastic - for smooth and trouble-free conveying of the individual Tetra Classic® Aseptic/Tetra Fino® Aseptic packages.

The anti-swivel railings on this conveyor can be fine-tuned to fit different sized units and packages exactly, which stabilises their movement and safeguards their shape.
Smooth bypass
Gentle transfer from package to unit conveyor
Some production runs require a piece of distribution equipment (such as the Film Wrapper) to be bypassed. In this case, the package and unit conveyor are temporarily linked in such a way as to allow packages to cross smoothly from one to the other.
Rapid width conversion
Broadening the conveyor’s range
With a simple manual adjustment, the width of the unit conveyor can be altered to accommodate individual packages from 40mm to sales units up to 350mm. The change-over time varies in accordance with the conveyor's length and layout (straight or curved).
Capacity Booster
Smooth running production, higher output
After a stop, when packages are queuing up on the line, the speed of this machine is increased up to 30% in order to compensate for lost time and restore a normal package flow.
