The Tetra Pak® Line Controller 40 can manage up to two full packaging lines. If one machine is held up, the production speed of other equipment is automatically adjusted to compensate, thus preventing queues or stops. The overall result is less damage to packages and a higher line output.

This feature allows the identification of up to six specific safety zones and manages each zone independently. This restricts emergency conveyor stops to the affected zone only, avoiding disruption of other zones.
