テトラパック® 振動コンベヤ EV は管状コンベヤで、小さな振幅の高周波振動によって粉体をチューブ内で流動処理します。ユニットは、耐久性があり衛生的なステンレス製の設計が特徴です。清掃が簡単で、装置内に製品の残留がなく、機械部品が製品に接触することもありません。

処理能力
テトラパック®振動コンベヤ EV では、アンバランスモータと電磁バイブレーターの 2 種類のモーターを使用できます。振動の周波数と振幅により、これらのモーターは製品の流出を制御します。電磁バイブレーターを使用すると大容量で高精度な製造を実現できますが、より基本的な流動処理用途にはアンバランスモータの方が適しています。
