特長
Conical tank
Promotes easy flow
A conical tank base with suction from below draws the ingredients downwards by gravity, delivering a consistent flow. The tank is easy to remove and allows larger product containers to be connected directly to the pump.
Powerful pump setup
Solidly built for long life
The robust stainless steel lobe pump has food-grade lubrication and is built for a long life. It can run for 20,000 hours without a lubricant change and complies with European IP66 and US 4X water-resistance standards. The open design means there are no covers to remove for cleaning or service, making inspection, maintenance and cleaning easy. Seals are readily accessible and easy to replace.
Large-diameter pump inlet
Supreme versatility in ingredient handling
A large-diameter pump inlet from the tank to the pump facilitates the reliable supply of all types of liquid ingredients, including the most viscous types such as fudge. Handling is gentle to ensure the highest standards of ingredient integrity.
Robust, plug-and-play design
Easiest possible operation
The plug-and-play design is intended for fast setup and easy operation. All that is needed is electricity and a hose or pipe connection to the receiving equipment. A remote start/stop function, controlled by the receiving unit, will stop the pump station in the event of any disruption in the equipment dosing the liquid ingredients.
Lightweight construction
Easy to move and small footprint
The pump station’s lightweight, wheeled frame makes the unit easy to move and manoeuvre, supporting fast changeovers. The very small footprint of just 0.5m2 ensures that it takes up little space in even the most cramped production environment.
Simple, intuitive operator interface
Easy to monitor and operate
The simple, intuitive operator interface features a digital display that shows an exact percentage of maximum pump speed. This allows the operator to repeatably set a precise speed for future production runs, ensuring consistent liquid ingredient flow in both current and future production runs.
External bulk tank
Easy change-over to larger tanks
The tank is easily removed in the event that you want to connect larger product containers of say 500 or 1,000 litres directly to the pump.
