特長
Lost weight feeder
To ensure salt delivery accuracy each individual salting application line has a dedicated salt hopper and feeder. The hopper and feeder are mounted on loadcells which are used to measure the lost weight of the hopper. This system ensures an accurate salt feed rate and enables the machine to account for variations in particle size and density. With a dedicated salt transfer blower, each individual salt application can operate independently to support any process recipe.
Pneumatic Salt Conveyor
Adaptable to your facility
Each salt application is metered into a dedicated pneumatic conveyor which provides the optimum in flexibility of salt delivery in your plant. The conveyor design is based on extensive salt conveying experience, ensuring consistent salt delivery and the integrity of the salt as it is delivered to your product.
Rare earth magnet
Food safety
To eliminate potential ferrous contaminates from the salt supply, the Tetra Pak® Salt-Dispenser 2 incorporates rare earth magnets after each salt feeder, just prior to entry into the pneumatic conveying line. Magnets can also be placed at the exit of the bulk salt hopper at customer request.
