Tetra Pak® Mixer RJCI 4X kan tömma och blanda alla ingredienser som behöver hanteras inom dagens dryckesindustri. Den kan användas för att tömma förpackningar av flera olika format, antingen genom att suga ut ingredienserna med pulver- eller vätskerör eller genom att mata ingredienser i en matningstratt eller dosera dem i en recirkulationsslinga vid olika punkter. Injector technology
Wetting of powders begins immediately in the injector. The unique design allows us to create a vacuum due to the Venturi effect, so ingredients are sucked into the mixer at the point of entry. When powder is poured into the top of a tank, undissolved powder can sink to the bottom and lead to clogging over time. Our innovative injector and radial jet mixer technology avoid clogging and enable fast in-feed of powder and liquids.
Radial jet mixer technology
Radial jet technology works with the injector to minimize air incorporation and foaming thanks to calm, even mixing that enables instant wetting of powders. Powders dissolve fast without creating a vortex at the surface. Particles do not sink and collect at the bottom because of the turbulence created by the nozzle. It’s also reassuring to know that the nozzle does not create high shear. This helps to preserve product quality.
Smart, ergonomic operator table
The smart, ergonomic operator table lets operators work on the floor to add ingredients at floor level from sacks, Big Bags and various kinds of packaging formats quickly and easily – with an ergonomic and automated solution and a large operator-friendly HMI. It also enables easy water rinsing of the funnel and concentrate drums with a water gun, ensuring that no powder or concentrate goes to waste during addition. The floor level operation minimizes investment cost since no screw conveyor, pneumatic system or platform is required for adding ingredients.
Wet feeding
Powders with a tendency to form lumps can be a problem for operators. Crushing the lumps may require a manual intervention using physical force. This is how equipment can become damaged and scratched. But lumps are not a problem with our wet feeding solution. If required, the feeding hopper will automatically fill with liquid creating turbulence for mixing. This will help to separate lumps and start the dissolving process before lumps can clog the system.
